Nicki Ritz
client services director
Nicki Ritz is the first person you'll meet at Blue Orchid Designs and we're confident that you'll love her as much as we do! Inspired by the quote, "the only people who can change the world are people who want to", Nicki has several years of hands-on experience with a number of nonprofit organizations, including Make-A-Wish Foundation of America and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix, among several others. Nicki received her Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Justice Studies and Nonprofit Management from Arizona State University. When she isn't working or volunteering, Nicki loves spending time with her family, traveling, and dancing. Her favorite television shows are Jon & Kate plus 8 and The Office.

Allyson Moncayo

A native Phoenician, Allyson Moncayo studied Elementary Education with an emphasis in English as a Second Language at Grand Canyon University. Ally's outgoing personality and contagious laugh sets people at ease. Her impeccable style and can-do attitude allows clients to relax at their event because they know the details are in capable hands. In the summer of 2007, Ally spent a month in Mombasa, Kenya, volunteering in orphanages. At home in Phoenix, she spends much of her free time mentoring high school girls.

Amanda Moncayo

Now living on the East Coast, Amanda Moncayo grew up in Arizona and graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies and a minor in Spanish. As a lifelong musician and composer, Amanda's artistic talents lend to her creativity and have proven her a valuable asset to Blue Orchid Designs. A romantic at heart, Amanda's favorite movies are Gone with the Wind, The Notebook, and Sweet Home Alabama. Amanda is a new homeowner and can often be found playing with her dogs, Lilo and Stitch.
